JSP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Enrollment

• The minimum monthly payment for Jewel Secure Pool (JSP) stands at ₹2,000 with a maximum limit of ₹2,00,000. The enrolment amount must be in multiples of ₹100.

• For monthly contributions surpassing ₹50,000 a PAN card/Aadhaar Card is mandatory.

• JSP instalments can exclusively be settled online. While we do accept cash, it is limited to ₹50,000 at the store. The JSP Value can be redeemed online at www.gemlay.com or at any Gemlay store.

• The monthly instalment amount remains unalterable during the Jewel Secure Pool tenure.

• NRIs, international users, and minors (below the age of 18 years) are ineligible to enrol in JSP!

Redemption

• The Jewel Secure Pool (JSP) from Gemlay spans a duration of 11 months. The customer's redemption window unfolds 30 days after the final instalment payment and stays open for an additional 3 months.

• JSP Value can be utilized for the acquisition of any Diamond, Gemstone, Pre-set Solitaires, or Customized Jewellery. However, it is not applicable for the redemption of 22KT jewellery, gold coins, loose diamonds, and gift coupons.

• A grace period of 15 days is extended after the due date for the monthly payment. In case of a delay, Gemlay contribution shall be diminished proportionally based on the number of days by which the payment was delayed.

• The JSP Value must be redeemed entirely in a single purchase. Partial redemption is not permitted. While you can purchase multiple products, they must be ordered in a single transaction.

• Redemption cannot involve the merging of two JSP accounts

• You have the flexibility to redeem your JSP Plan subscription at any time. You can then use the paid instalments and avail special discounts, as outlined in the table below, to purchase jewellery.

Refunds

• In case of a 15-day money-back and cancellation, ONLY the principal amount will be refunded to the customer. Customers won't receive the Gemlay contribution.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the same account from which the contribution was made

Others

• In case of the demise of the enrolling individual, the nominee will be eligible to receive the amount. The nominee has to submit the required documents to transfer the JSP balance to themselves.
